In 2015 Jacquelyn added her husband Daniel to assist her with her Real Estate business. Daniel brings 17 years of new home construction and sales for two award winning builders in the Austin market. His construction, marketing, and sales expertise, adds another level of service to Jacquelyn's clients. During his new home construction tenure, he was responsible for all marketing of his new home communities and to drive traffic to his community and model and inventory homes. He brings these proven corporate marketing strategies to their clients which include home presentation and staging, photography, social media, print media placement and marketing analytics. Daniel's construction knowledge is extensive. From selecting the correct home site, to choosing the best home plan and options for their clients, his experience helps navigate the daunting process of building a new home. His background adds the ability to understand and dissect home inspection reports for both their buyers and sellers and this puts their clients at ease. His depth of contractor contacts also ensures there is a smooth process of completing items needing corrections. Daniel grew up in West University in Houston Texas and he and his family spent a lot of time sailing in Galveston. His mother owned the Sunset Tea Room in West University where he worked and learned about customer service. After attending the Art Institute of Houston for interior design he moved to New York City to design a friend's loft and home in the Hamptons. Eventually he ended up in Austin to design a jazz club on 6th Street called Picassos.

Jacquelyn grew up in Portland, Texas. She also loved the beach and all watersports. Her family was also in the hospitality business and she came to Austin to study Hotel and Restaurant Management. Her plans were put on hold as she went to work on 6th Street at Wylie's and shortly worked her way up to Manager. She became a very sought-after restaurant manager in the Austin Downtown scene.

It seemed Daniel and Jacquelyn were destined to meet and that they did in 1994. By 1995, they had opened their own nightclub on Red River Street in downtown Austin called the Caucus Club. They both loved the hospitality business and customer service, the live music scene, and their customers.

In 1996 they were blessed with their first child Danielle and over the next few years owned and managed the business until their second child River was born. They decided at that point it was time for a change and Daniel went back to interior design and worked for a downtown modern furniture store and Jacquelyn obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker. Four years later Daniel took a position with a luxury home builder Toll Brothers and sold homes all around West Austin and Lakeway. In 2008 Toll Brothers left Austin and he took a position with Scott Felder Homes and sold homes in Rough Hollow for six years. During this time, Jacquelyn was fast becoming the number one Realtor® in Austin for Coldwell Banker. Her business grew to a point where she needed assistance and Daniel joined her and created the Foreman Property Group. For the past seven years they have tripled their business and became the number one small team in Austin then in 2020 and 2021 became the number one small team in the entire state of Texas and in the top 500 agents of 110,000 agents worldwide for Coldwell Banker.
